Matrimoniale.ro does not guarantee that information, photographs or other materials posted by members are genuine, complete or up to date.

Posting photographs containing nudity is not permitted.

You may not post photographs or other materials belonging to other people for which the member does not hold the necessary rights.

You may not post materials that infringe copyright, image rights, privacy or any other rights of a person.

Matrimoniale.ro reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement, applicable law or the rights of other persons.

Online Conduct

By becoming a member, you agree that:

• you are solely and directly responsible for the content of the information you enter on the website or transmit to other members;

You may not use photographs of other people as a profile photo.

Posting photographs containing nudity is not permitted.

You may not publish photographs over which the member does not hold the necessary rights.

By publishing a photograph or other material on Matrimoniale.ro, you confirm that you have the right to publish it and allow the website to store and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

Rights to published content remain with the person who holds those rights.

Matrimoniale.ro reserves the right to remove any photograph or material that violates this Agreement or applicable law.

Relationships Between Members

Matrimoniale.ro provides a service that allows members to meet and communicate with one another.

Each user is responsible for their own relationships and interactions with other members.

Matrimoniale.ro does not guarantee the identity, age, occupation, marital status or other information provided by a member.

Information and photographs published by members are not pre-screened by the Matrimoniale.ro team, and each member assumes responsibility for their accuracy.

We recommend that all members exercise caution when communicating with people they meet online and that they do not send money, passwords, authentication codes, bank details or personal documents to other members.

When meeting someone known online, we recommend choosing a public place and informing a trusted person about the location of the meeting.

Reporting a Member or Content

If you notice a profile, photograph, message or other content that violates this Agreement or applicable law, you may report it to the Matrimoniale.ro team.
